Operational health check

A read-only review across seven dimensions — coverage, recovery readiness, security and immutability, capacity and performance, operations, governance, and cost. You receive a management summary, findings ranked by severity, remediation recommendations, and a technical appendix. One-off checks, quarterly re-checks and annual programs are available.

Recovery readiness assessment

We assess your RPO/RTO against reality, review restore-test evidence, and evaluate your immutability and ransomware posture. The output is the proof an auditor or your board will ask for — and a clear list of where recovery confidence is weak.

Technical account management

A named advisor provides continuity of context across engagements, periodic check-ins, and guidance on the backup-platform and vendor landscape — so decisions are informed by someone who knows your environment.

Quarterly business review

A structured review of trends, risks, optimization opportunities and roadmap progress, delivered with your stakeholders. It keeps the service honest and points to the next improvement, not just the last one.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Advisory and Managed Backup Operations?

Advisory is senior, point-in-time input — architecture, strategy and compliance readiness — while Managed Backup Operations is the day-to-day running of your environment. Many customers use both.

How long does an operational health check take?

Most health checks complete within two to four weeks depending on environment size, with a management summary and a technical appendix delivered at the end.

Does the health check produce audit-ready evidence?

Yes. Findings are ranked by severity and accompanied by a prioritised remediation roadmap, giving you the evidence an auditor or your board will ask for.
